This week I went to school on Monday because I had a makeup day. I really liked the snow day but I have to make it up now which I don't like at all.
We studied magnets this week. We did a bunch of experiments but some of them didn't work. The compass bar magnet experiment didn't work because there was too much metal around. The car repelling experiment didn't work because the magnets kept falling off. Even though the experiments failed I still had a lot of fun learning about magnets.
Today I'm going to see Gnomeo and Juliet, I sure hope it will be funny! On Sunday I am just chillin!

ReplyDeleteMagnets are really fun to learn about, aren't they? Let us know next week if you liked Gnomeo & Juliet. I think I would like to see it, but the little town we're staying in right now doesn't have a movie theater.
For my fun this week Papa Ray and I were going to go to Cape Canaveral and watch the Space Shuttle take off. Didn't happen though, because our car wouldn't start! However, I did get to watch it on the computer as well as watching what the astronauts are doing on the space station. You should go to the NASA website to see what they are doing, you might find it interesting.
We will be back in Georgia by the end of the March and are looking forward to seeing you, Daddy and Miss Cindy.
